Please hire Pam if you want to enjoy everything about your daughter’s wedding day instead of rushing around trying to do it yourself. She had everything under control so, as a mother of the bride, I could be part of the wedding day. She was also meticulous in the planning ahead so my daughter had a reasonable amount of vendors to choose from based on Pam getting to know what my daughter and her husband wanted. This was key because it’s too overwhelming on the Internet! Personally, Pam was a joy to work with!

Words cannot express our gratitude for Pam and Alex! We hired Events, Etcetera for day of wedding coordination, after my brother and sister-in-law used them for their wedding. My wedding was this past weekend and thanks to my coordinator, Pam and her associate, Alex, everything was run flawlessly! I found Pam through Thumbtack and I am so thankful that I was connected with her. I worked with Pam for our July wedding starting in January and over the 6.5 months up until my wedding, she was patient, responsive, trustworthy and extremely helpful. She listened to my ideas and provided feedback and input, she was responsive when I had questions and she always followed up in a timely manner. Even though I had a contact at the venue that I was working with, it was so great to have Pam take care of all of the things that the venue wasn’t responsible for or wouldn’t do. To be honest, in the beginning I was only planning on hiring a Day Of Coordinator, but Pam said she could start working with me as often /as soon as I wanted. We started out having weekly conversations and it was SO worth it. She helped me stay on track with my timeline, she managed all contracts for me and helped me stay organized throughout the whole process. I can go on and on about how fabulous she is to work with! Like I said, I am so thankful that I found her because there were so many things that I was missing or may have forgotten about. She pays attention to all of the little details. On the day of the wedding, I felt so comforted knowing that Pam and Alex were taking care of everything. I didn’t have to worry about a thing! My guests even complimented how organized and top of everything they were. I would recommend Pam to anyone! Looking back, I don’t know how I could have done it without her.

I am so happy that I found Pam. She was absolutely great! She made sure she understood what was important to me, and made sure that that was prioritized. That really meant a lot to me. She and I did not meet until the wedding rehearsal as we were in different locations, but we never had any issues. She also did not see the venue until the rehearsal, but she communicated so well with every vendor to understand the layout and flow of events that needed to happen. Pam was on top of everything! I was able to “let go” the week of the wedding which is hard for me to do about anything, but I trusted Pam and it worked out well. Thank you Pam! Pam and her team are amazing! Pam coordinated our wedding of about 85 guests on a secluded private residence in Grass Valley.
